Great for commercial kitchens, bakeries, or confectionaries, this bun pan rack can hold up to 20 full size sheet pans. This rack is made of durable, heavy-duty aluminum that has a high tensile strength for long-lasting performance. Its vertical and horizontal frame sections are made of 1" extruded aluminum tubing for stability. The tray slides are heavy-duty plated steel wire and are securely attached to the frame at 3" intervals. They feature a lip load ledge design to make it easy to load and unload trays. For mobility, this pan rack has platform type 5" diameter full swivel casters that allow the rack to roll in any direction.
